Hey everybody! For those of you who don’t know, my name is Maddie Jaehnen and I have been involved with Leaders’ Club for the past 6 years (going on 7). I will be continuing my educational career at Northern Kentucky University. I am in the sorority Alpha Omicron Pi (AOII for short). I golfed and bowled in high school. My hobbies are going on adventures, Netflix, and eating good food. My fashion sense is oversized hoodies and ‘dad at the city BBQ’.

My Leaders’ Club experience has been a little different than others. About 7 years ago, I was one of the very first Leaders in my club in Dayton, Ohio. None of us really knew what Leaders’ Club or Blue Ridge Leaders School was about. I was a very shy and closed off person before I went to Blue Ridge and it has helped me come out of my shell. I have made my best friends on this mountain and it is an experience that I will never forget.

Leaders’ Club has been the best thing that has ever happened to me. It is truly a blessing to have had the opportunity and privilege to give back to my community.
