There is a lot to be excited about as we get closer to BRLS 2017!
We have been working to build on the history and traditions of BRLS to continue to improve the experience for all segments of the school. Seniors and Adults are no exception. Over the years we have worked to provide a quality experience for advisors, seniors, and volunteers that attend the school and this year is no exception. We have expanded the team that will be working with this group as we focus on the areas of professional/personal development, service to the school, and Club Development. During the week our senior leaders will have more opportunity to be a part of the school throughout the day.
Like in a local Y, we want to grow and develop our staff team for the future of the school. We are working to be intentional on how we develop our next generation of Leaders’ School Staff. We have untapped and discovered talent in the Senior division and we are hopeful that this will be used to benefit the leaders, the school, and back home.
There have been a few changes to the schedule, and the registration forms may look a little different, but every change is an effort to help improve the experience for everyone at the school. Because of what we do and learn on the mountain, the local clubs will be strengthened and the impact will be felt your local community.
This is going to be a great year for BRLS!
